Yesterday, at my local Clinic, I had a Health Check. First of all my Blood Pressure was measured; it was described as ‘Perfect’ by the Nurse. Then I was weighed, coming in at roughly the same weight as 4 1/2 Months ago. Then I had my blood samples, then was given a bottle for my Urine sample to do at home; which I abridged to do; returning it a few Hours later.
I was a bit disappointed at not losing further weight, but I won’t let that get me down. The other results will arrive on Thursday. I’ll keep you posted on those.
